Parents, guardians, and drivers may choose to receive recurring transactional AmanahTrack messages from their participating school.
How SMS opt-in works
No text-message consent is assumed when a school creates an account.
- Receive an account invitation
The school provides a secure activation link by email, WhatsApp, printed instructions, or directly to the recipient.
- Open AmanahTrack
The recipient reviews the account information and creates a password.
- Choose whether to receive SMS
The optional SMS consent checkbox is presented unchecked by default.
- Submit the activation form
SMS messages may begin only when the recipient checks the box and submits the form.

Message details
Messages may include
- Account and invitation updates
- Route and transportation updates
- Pickup and drop-off notifications
- Bus-arrival and ten-minute-or-less proximity alerts
- Service or safety-related notices

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- SMS consent is not required to use AmanahTrack.
